The team of Bill, Vanessa, Lianne and others are not only top of their game, they are informative, and they strive for excellence in your interaction with them. They are way above a five star!!! We just had vinyl and carpet installed in our entire house by Floorz. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our sales rep Jessica and all of the store personnel were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The installers Darryl and James went beyond our expectations and did an impeccable job, no short cuts taken here! We’re we’re also happy with the job completed at my Mom’s house as well.
After deciding to replace our aging carpet we opted to go with Floorz (Strongsville, Royalton Road). Danielle, the sales associate, was great in explaining our various options such as types of padding and soil resistance of different carpet types. We got what we felt was a very reasonable price and gave the go-ahead to install the carpet. So...i had my new carpet installed 1 month ago. All that i can say is WOWZER! From the moment I ordered my carpet from the floorz team ( danielle and vanessa) until the moment it was installed it has been a great and easy process. My taste is particular and i wanted different carpet in every room. The sales team was great and patient with me. The installers were at my home for 9 hours. Floorz did a complete remodel on our master bathroom. Over the past 17 years, we have renovated our entire house literally from roof to basement, and I can honestly say this is the best team we have ever had do work. From our first call for help Daniel Lucas stepped up and provided the best service possible. We are very pleased with the aid with Mohawk for the warranty work, selection of flooring, and guidance getting our problem solved especially when other flooring stores would not. I have been extremely pleased with my flooring and carpet purchase/install. Jessica presented a positive first impression and made the selection process easy with her knowledge of the various products. Her assistance with the transition of colors and textures was appreciated. Jessica continued to coordinate all facets of the install after the purchase. I appreciated the good communication. The installation team was prompt, clean, organized and professional. It was a positive overall experience.
Installed new carpet on the second floor and stairs. The carpet is beautiful!!!! The team was hard working mindful of the furniture and did a great job. They were here all day! Looking to move forward with the next project!
