We chose Floorz in Strongsville to help us modernize our first floor office by replacing carpet with luxury laminate wood. We were very pleased with the service that we received from floorz. The carpet selection was great, Dani was an attentive and knowledgeable representative, who kept in constant touch throughout our deciding process. Installation went without a hitch and the installer took great care to make sure our needs were met. All in all, amost pleasant and stress free experience!

I chose Floorz for two recent home projects...carpeting and a partial bathroom remodel. I really appreciated the attentive service of the staff, from sales to install. Both projects turned out beautifully and I was impressed by how thoughtful they were when it came to considering my budget.
Floorz has put the flooring for my entire house. They have done both laminate floors and tiles floors and they stand by their product. If there were any concerns they came back out to fix them. The installers are professional, and courtesy. I would recommend them for any flooring needs. Amy
I had a sump pump failure in my basement a while ago and had to wait to replace padding, re-install carpet and replace vinyl in the bathroom. Floorz was willing to help me with the re-install and was very helpful selecting new vinyl (Jeff) and getting an estimate. I felt the estimate was very reasonable. The Install manager , Joe, was extremely accommodating. Not enough stars they are a 10 star company/review. I can’t say enough great things about every single person we have worked with. James was amazing, knowable and was the only person on time and gave us a written estimate. Very professional. His knowledge is not just about flooring, it goes over and above.
