I can't thank our builder, Touchstone, enough for recommending James at Floorz Copley/Fairlawn location. They were fantastic and stayed with us every step of the way during the stressful time of building a new home. With their patient and professional help we were able to select all our LVT, carpet and tile for our new home. They stayed with us to make sure the installation went to perfection and have stayed with us after completion for all our flooring needs. Thanks so much to the entire Floorz team!!

We are so glad we bought our rug from Floorz. So many carpet choices. We didn't know where to start. Liana and Jessica were so helpful and patient with us. They answered all our questions thoroughly and patiently. The installation team was outstanding. The installation was fast and thorough as was the cleanup. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend going to Floorz for your next carpet.

I just had the Homecrest Mission Point Chesaning Oak flooring installed in my living and dining room and it is absolutely beautiful. Floorz did a great job! They were very professional and they couldn’t be any nicer. I would definitely recommend anybody wanting new floors or carpeting to this company.

Fantastic experience! I’d been looking for carpeting for my bedroom for several months and shopped at several different places before I went Floorz. I had the best experience and found exactly what I wanted at Floorz for the best price. Liana was so great to work with, very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The installers did a great job! I was looking for bath shower tile. Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the products. Her customer service was outstanding. All of the associates were very nice and someone always made sure to greet us when we came in.I will be using Floorz Copley for all of my flooring needs.

After our 13-year old, 90-lb. dog passed away, and sufficiently destroyed our builder-grade hardwood floors, we decided it was time to replace the first floor flooring. The hardwood was too thin and soft to re-sand, so we decided to use COREtec LVP, which we installed in our basement a few years ago. We also made the bold decision to completely change the color from a dark espresso brown, to a light "oak." I recenty had luxury vinyl installed in my kitchen, and carpet installed in my living room. Both crews were great and did a fabulous job. Laura was my sales rep and was so helpful during the process. Will definitely go back when I'm ready to redo the upstairs carpet.
