What a great experience! My wife and I walked into the Akron store on a lark and we feel like we hit the jackpot. It was a pleasure dealing with Laura and Jessica regarding my bathroom tile order. They were extremely responsive and helpful in meeting all of my needs. And I am very needy! Ha ha! Laura messaged me on her day off and Jessica emailed me after hours to let me know when my tile order would be in as I was a bit worried about them being on backorder. Above and beyond service from both gals!
We are extremely satisfied with our new Floorz! Vanessa was friendly, knowledgeable, customer oriented and we appreciated her assistance in helping us pick out product and answer all our questions. The installers were true pros, and I'm very happy with our product choices.
I didn’t know anything about Floorz until a friend of mine was in there one day and suggested I check it out. I was looking for an area rug. Well, the rest is history!! The sales people couldn’t be nicer, in particular Danielle Lucas, and the fellow at the front counter. In my book, it is all about being nice, helpful and of course knowing the product!! My rug is being delivered today and I am very excited!
We had a “discount” carpet place install carpet a year ago. The carpet was wrong, the padding was wrong, and it wrinkled immediately. They refused to come out and inspect telling us we got what we ordered. We had heard good reviews on Floorz and decided to go there to replace our new “bad” carpet. The carpet installed was perfect. (Shaw) They didn’t have our padding and upgraded us! The installer was absolutely fabulous and took his time. I will recommend them to all my neighbors.
I had new flooring installed in three rooms the first week in January. For the most part, Liana helped me with selection at the showroom. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. There are a lot of choices, and I took home about 25 samples before making a decision. There was NO pressure at all to buy. The installers, Darryl and James, were excellent. They were friendly, respectful and definitely knew what they were doing. I really appreciated how clean they left each room. My floors look great!
I’ve recently ordered tile and carpet for my new home and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience or the selection. Vanessa helped me find exactly what I was looking for and her follow through was exceptional. She made it so easy! Highly recommend!!!
We had two quotes from other carpet stores but we chose to go with Floorz since they had done a small job for us before that ‘fixed’ another installers mistake. We wanted to re carpet our stairway as it is the first thing you see as you walk into the foyer. They advised to install a ‘ Hollywood’ step as it creates a more fitted, tailored design. We are so happy with the results. Chuck’s workmanship was superb as his attention to detail . Great customer service!
