Verified Renter Overall the property is nice. Well taken care of. Packages come to the door. Air conditioned hallways are one of my favorite parts. Pool is great.

Verified Renter I love FP. However, on Saturday, July 26, there was a birthday party at the pavilion and some of the guests, in two or three vehicles, just hung out afterwards. They were parked right below my apartment, and a young woman was trying to heat something with a lighter. I think she may have been mentally compromised. I asked them to tone it down a little bit, and the resident questioned whether it was 10 o’clock. I suggested that they be courteous to the other residents.
