Verified Renter Just moved in and everyone is so nice! We love our huge apartment. The closets are great and we get plenty of sun light with all the windows. We love the view of the pool from our balcony.

Verified Renter The place is very spacious! The staff are friendly and helpful! Forest Place is very pet friendly and has a nice dog park. The gym is very neat and clean. Restaurants are very close by so its very convenient. Maintenance always responds very quickly. I love my apartment! Thank you Forest Place!

Verified Renter Ive rented for almost 3 yrs now and I've been satisfied. In the last few months the elevator seems to always be out of order. Going up and down 3 flights of stairs is no fun. The parking deck is filled with several cluttered boxes and is an eyesore. The lighting or lack of lighting is a safety issue.
