Terrible move-in, but great neighbors! My apt windows, carpet and walls weren't cleaned before I moved in. The stench was so bad I had to open windows to air out the place for weeks. Management never responded to multiple requests for carpet cleaning. Awful customer service, per my opinion!!! Maintenance requests, on the other hand, have all been completed with smiles and professional appearance. The guys in maintenance are a positive asset, for sure. Most neighbors are wonderful.
