Verified Renter It was nice. Definitely didn’t realize how old the building was and noticed a couple things that scared me. But after settling in and meeting some people, I feel welcomed.

Verified Renter Terrible management and leasing does not communicate on a timely manner for some reason I always end up being charged hidden fees that I don’t know about .

Verified Renter Ive rented for almost 3 yrs now and I've been satisfied. In the last few months the elevator seems to always be out of order. Going up and down 3 flights of stairs is no fun. The parking deck is filled with several cluttered boxes and is an eyesore. The lighting or lack of lighting is a safety issue.
Hidden Gem I found this apartment complex by accident and that was 4 years ago. This is the best apartment complex in Little Rock. Apartment floor plans are all very different but all feel more like a home than an apartment. Close to everything in Little Rock, yet quiet. Very nice community within the complex, has a small village atmosphere. There is parking available in the basement which is very convenient. Balconies are nice and spacious.

Best Apartment Complex in Little Rock! As a resident of Forest Place for 5 years now, all I can say is it is the best place to live in Little Rock. BEST LOCATION. The staff is amazing!! They are always there to answer any questions in such a kind and helpful way. Maintenance is wonderful. Couldn’t be happier!
Not the same as before management DON’T move here I have lived here 4 years and everything was great until current management took over. The management has removed everything that is beneficial or provides morale. The manager has now created a sterilized environment. In addition the manager has forbidden firewood in your garage parking spot which takes away the benefit of having a fireplace. Terrible move-in, but great neighbors! My apt windows, carpet and walls weren't cleaned before I moved in. The stench was so bad I had to open windows to air out the place for weeks. Management never responded to multiple requests for carpet cleaning. Awful customer service, per my opinion!!!
