Hidden Gem I found this apartment complex by accident and that was 4 years ago. This is the best apartment complex in Little Rock. Apartment floor plans are all very different but all feel more like a home than an apartment. Close to everything in Little Rock, yet quiet. Very nice community within the complex, has a small village atmosphere. There is parking available in the basement which is very convenient. Balconies are nice and spacious.

Best Apartment Complex in Little Rock! As a resident of Forest Place for 5 years now, all I can say is it is the best place to live in Little Rock. BEST LOCATION. The staff is amazing!! They are always there to answer any questions in such a kind and helpful way. Maintenance is wonderful. Couldn’t be happier!
Mixed Feelings After being set on fire numerous times by an arsonist, that's been captured and is in jail, it is a safe community now. But that doesn't leave the previous residents who still live there at any ease- everyone use to stick to themselves and mind their own business. Now, everyone has to either ask about you, talk to you, know your whole life story. Forest Place review My experience here was ok. The community is very quiet and I had no problems with noise over the 18 months I lived here. However, my room was extremely drafty during the winter and I had issues with my toilet for months. My car was burgarlarized but nothing was taken since I don't keep valuables in my car.
A place for the long-term resident I have lived at Forest Place for over 5 years, since I moved to Little Rock. The complex was built in 1974, but lots of renovating is happening. Floor plans are HUGE and much less expensive per sq/ft than any other complex in the area. Quiet and diverse.
Verified Renter I love FP. However, on Saturday, July 26, there was a birthday party at the pavilion and some of the guests, in two or three vehicles, just hung out afterwards. They were parked right below my apartment, and a young woman was trying to heat something with a lighter. I think she may have been mentally compromised. I asked them to tone it down a little bit, and the resident questioned whether it was 10 o’clock. I suggested that they be courteous to the other residents. Verified Renter Moved into apartment that wasn’t clean and was not the one originally presented to me. Very outdated and in need of repair. Other than that I’ve been very happy with the friendly residents I’ve met.

Verified Renter Terrible management and leasing does not communicate on a timely manner for some reason I always end up being charged hidden fees that I don’t know about .

Not the same as before management DON’T move here I have lived here 4 years and everything was great until current management took over. The management has removed everything that is beneficial or provides morale. The manager has now created a sterilized environment. In addition the manager has forbidden firewood in your garage parking spot which takes away the benefit of having a fireplace.
