Verified Renter Lots of room in apartments, grounds are well kept, maintenance and management are excellent, good people live here, well positioned in the Rockledge area for all your needs and wants, Merritt Island and beaches are less than 10 minutes away, great fishing and water sports, shopping and dining in Viera and Melbourne all within a few miles, a nice community all in all! We have no regrets or complaints

Love to live here! I’ve lived here for almost 3 years, and love it! The staff is friendly and helpful, the apartment is spacious, and the pool area is beautiful. It’s also one of the most dog-friendly communities in Brevard.
