Verified Renter I love living here. Very attentive and accommodating office staff. Never had to call maintenance because everything in the apartment is maintained. Family friendly property. I won’t leave until I have to.

Verified Renter Lots of room in apartments, grounds are well kept, maintenance and management are excellent, good people live here, well positioned in the Rockledge area for all your needs and wants, Merritt Island and beaches are less than 10 minutes away, great fishing and water sports, shopping and dining in Viera and Melbourne all within a few miles, a nice community all in all! We have no regrets or complaints
