Fox Pest Control and their technician Matt were knowledgeable and efficient. I was very anxious about the large yellow jacket nest we found in our basement and he took care of it in no time. So thankful he could come within 2 hours of me calling in as a new customer. Thank you, Matt!!!

We have been a customer of Fox for two years. We are so pleased with the service and call backs. In fact when they schedule an appointment they over communicate with a text, and phone call. But that is good, it reminds me when they are coming. Every technician has been kind and informative. They found eaves and corners in the siding to close up to prevent pests from nesting and always show up when called. Cant say enough good things about Fox.

Fox pest control representatives came to our door yesterday to offer an inspection, he said he was working in our neighborhood. I heard my husband tell him 3 times we weren't interested. It was annoying to have someone show up at our door, unsolicited, unmasked and unwilling to take a firm no. There was a whole message thread in our town's Nextdoor app devoted to Fox being all over the Bethlehem area knocking on doors to drum up business, not wearing masks and being pushy and resistant to taking no for an answer. Very nice and professional staff. Great customer service. Tech was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered every questions in details. He assured me he could capture the family of groundhogs in my yard.

Initial contacts were very good. A most pleasant and knowledgeable visitor came to my front door. Then the service that Josh and later Jarod provided was timely and much needed. Moreover, it is very affordable. Plan for organic ( and good smelling) treatment was at small difference from chemical. I will update this review depending on how things go. A lot was promised. I'll have to see if they live up to their word and that the service proves to be of value.

Salesperson cold canvased me for $248.40/yr for 5 external applications (not including termites). The reality is that was simply the first application and I was expected to pay ~$153 per external application for 4 more external applications. So $650 for 'maybe' was deceptive -- I don't have a pest issue...a few carpenter ants from time to time. Considering what is covered a can of Raid & wasp spray will solve the issue. I urge caution in dealing with this company, Northeast, Meerkat & others are more transparent in their fee... read more
