If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We booked a reservation two rent mini vans (there are 11 of us traveling together). We said pick up for August 2nd... on August 2nd, our flight landed at 4:30 pm, we had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle to show up, took a 15 minute shuttle ride. and we were to the rental place for 5:30... we waited in a decent sized line since there were only 3 people taking customers... once we got to the desk, they informed us since we didn’t pick up the vehicles by 10:30 am they gave them to other cust... read more

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The absolute worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, obnoxious, lying customer service people... don’t ever waste your time!!

Waited for two hours with two young children and about 25-30 other people that all had reservations. I’m not sure how that even happens?! One employee was laughing and videotaping the long line of customers. Unbelievable... worst customer service ever!

I’m currently renting a car from Fox. I’ve been trying to call customer service yesterday and been on hold today for 30 minutes with no Luck. It has not been a very good experience thus far!! Not happy and will never use Fox again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company! The guy told me for a Florida resident that it’s $1000 hold on the credit card where it says nothing of the sort in the contract then he told me if I bought the insurance to hold it only be $500 and I kept telling him I don’t want the insurance he says well if you buy the $49 insurance it’ll only be a $500 hold I said no and he still charged me for it after I repeatedly said no!This company is a scam and this guy tried to scam me out of money just to get a commission ... read more

Worst rental company I've ever experienced. Not once but TWICE. Used them 2 years ago and they completely messed up our reservation. Decided to give them another try. Made and paid for our reservation 3 months ago. Tonight aw landed at 11:55 PM at Orlando-Sanford. Upon waiting for an hour for the Fox rental shuttle we had to get an Uber because booking agent had our reservation at the wrong airport. An hour and $90 later for an Uber we arrived at Fox rentals.
