Will never use this car rental company ever again. They have all these hidden fees that they don't mention to you until you receive your last receipt. You wait over an hour in their line and once you get up to the counter to get your car you just want to get out of there and that's how they get you to sign their ridiculous contract. I upgraded my car and they charged me additional taxes for the upgrade as if I was getting a second car. They charge you for an airport fee for the amount of days of your rental. I can't even give it at a one-star review, I wish I would have read these reviews in advance before renting from Fox! When I checked in at the counter to pick up my vehicle the representative insisted I needed additional insurance I had already contacted my own insurance company prior and had them add the rental car to my personal policy! The lady at the desk insisted that I needed additional insurance, and she argued with me at the counter about it! Worst rental car company in history. We had a flat tire and now can't even access our vehicle we paid for. Were stranded on side of road with young kids and they could care less. They expect us to pay for everything out of our pocket including putting new tire on, tow truck, all the uber to get everywhere. Haven't had access to our vehicle and has cost us 2 days on our trip and no one in customer service can get ahold of our willing to help. Don't use this company ever!
Double dipping charges Charged for two cars at one time. They call it upgrade however we paid for a week of standard vehicle and for a upgrade.That's all they had available and it was at my expense.Very dissatisfied with customer service.
This is the worst rental company. If you are reading the reviews to decide whether to rent from them, save your time, energy and money and go to any other rental. They attract the customers by showing cheap rental prices, but by the time you receive your final bill they will add hidden fees and charges. I would like to report this location for malpractice and preying on consumers. 1 star is much more than I would ever award to a business like this one.A few weeks ago, my wife and myself rented a car from this location. The salesperson duped us into purchasing for a bunch of random insurances which we obviously do not need because of the various ********************** and AMEX Platinum cards we own. My husband and I travel to ******* on a yearly basis and have rented from the Fox near *** several times. We never loved the customer service and the cars were just OK but we kept coming back. This time we picked up a car on Friday. Our flight landed at 10PM and we got to fox rental around 10:45/11:00PM. We had reserved and paid for a full size car.
