Rented a car in ******** ***** Airport. Did not want to pay $12 per day for tolls to be taken care of by the rental company for the 4 days we were traveling, because only 2 of those days were going to be in **. That would make ** WAY overpay in tolls. So, we diligently go on IL tollway app and pay all the tolls. Except for one we could not access because it was pending. Horrible, unprofessional, lacking empathy for travelers. Had a booking through Priceline. We made the choice to pay at pick up. We arrived at *******************, went to fox rent a car counter, gave them our credit card for payment ! It is a **** card distributed by Venmo, THIS IS NOT a prepaid card, but a major credit card **** , she refused to take the card. WE DO NOT EXCEPT VENMO, it is our policy to not accept prepaid cards for payment. We said great because this is not a pre paid card, she said we only except major cre... read more

2023 Grand Cherokee shut down on the highway! ************* lady was very argumentative and did not send a vehicle! Left us stranded! Second phone call, rep put me on hold and call went to survey. Third call was great! ***** was helpful and put in request for a tow truck and another vehicle. Thank you, *****! Stranded on highway for almost 1 1/2 hrs before a tow truck was sent!

Do NOT rent a car from FOX. This was my first time renting while visiting *********. It was a seamless process the customer rep was friendly. We were offered the extra insurance and declined. We were also offered a discount on the auto refueling since we had booked through Expedia. ($5.21/gal) which we took. We were charged for insurance and refueling at $5.26/gal. I had a reservation booked and paid for when I got here the manager told me to take a hike because they dont have enough cars even though they had.

******************. Terrible people. Rude and unprofessional. Asked for a manager was told not there. Had to re-book reservation at a higher price. Would not honor our on line booking. Asked the garage people for name and contact for manager....they gave me bogus name and phone number. When returned car, no one was there. We looked for someone and ended up at the car clean up area. Negative stars is my real choice here! We topped off the gas tank by the airport as instructed. I just got a bill charging me over $100.00 because they claim the tank was not full. I topped it off! How could that be? Plus, when we rented the car, we told the check out guy that the car wreaked of Marijuana. He wrote it down on the rental agreement. Was that their way of getting that nasty smell out of the car saying gas tank not full? Who knows? I will never rent from Fox again. So much for customer satisfaction guarantee.

I reserved a car, upon arrival I was told they didn't have any in that class only a ******** at nearly twice the price. I declined and they refuse to refund the money I paid for a car they didn't have. Bait and switch frauds. Priceline and ********* bank are complicit in thier fraud.

The worst experience I have ever had. When I didn't want to sign a blank box agreeing to fees..I was asked to read it again and was told "I can't stand customers who can't read" what kind of business says that to a customer?? I will NEVER use or recommend this company again!! They are all rude!!
