Pre-paid gas sounds like a deal but they charge you for a whole tank even if you bring it back 1/4 full. For a rental estimate of 121.00 to turn in to 357.00, they should be shut down as a business.

The early return fee is $20 in lieu of the daily rental charges and the late fee is $25 if you have kept the vehicle longer than expected, as that vehicle would have been reserved for another customer. Rented a Fox car through Booking.com at the Orlando Airport. Upon arrival the salesman advised we were more than 2 hours later than the reservation so the original cost would increase by $100. When we complained, he "threw in" the extra driver fee at $10 per day, which we never even used. The car pick-up site is off airport on a highway so we had no other choice but to accept. Do NOT rent from this company. Especially if you are not familiar with the rental car process. I purchased the upgraded liability insurance option, assuming that would cover everything I might need if I get in an accident. The agent at the desk said NOTHING about a loss damage waiver that would actually cover any damage to the car. This is the worst rental car company in United States. Not even any company is close!!! In last Aug, I traveled to Denver for a day, and booked a car online. To try to save my time, I prepaid the renter online. I was waiting in the rental office from 9am to 12:30pm, more than 3 hours, to get a car. About 4 months ago, my husband rented a car online from Fox Rent a car, a suv to go to the mountains to be exact. It did not say anything about the suv not being a 4 wheel drive car. He had to pay then to get the deal. On 2/16/2020, we flew into Denver international, and waited at least 30 mins for a shuttle from the air port, and then another 2 hours to get the car. I was upsold by as much as $69 extra per day that was added to my online order plus another $15 attached to my online reservation. Done by the Tricky salesperson that obviously knows what he is doing. After reviewing my final receipt I decided to dispute it. Good luck! After waiting in line for 2 hours and getting a car with these lights coming on during our 2 hour drive we woke up to a flat tire when we have to drive another 3 hours today with a paid reservation. They didn't even have wind shield wiper fluid in the car. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! Supervisior wouldn't refund us $100 we had to pay gas station attendant to fix tire because road side assistance would be hours. Fox is the worst car rental place ever! They charge you insurance even though you fax or email them proof! They charged me $82.39!don't use them! Especially the one at sat(san antonio airport.)
