This is the WORST rental car company I have ever dealt with. A bunch of crooks if you ask my opinion. Was under the assumption I would pay a certain rate when I booked on a 3rd party website (my first mistake),boy was a wrong they charged me an obscene amount. I had an issue with the car, I needed a new one brought to my location and after waiting many hours I finally heard back from someone saying the manager would not be giving me a replacement car. I am very disappointed in Fox Rent A Car. We rented a car in Denver from July 15-20, 2020. The car was fine, but the service after has been terrible. First of all, we were not informed that there would be a $20.00 a day extra fee for an underage driver (22). Then when we returned the car, we were charged a fee that was supposed to be a reimbursement. We paid $491. 25 as our booking fee. When the car was returned, the total estimated charges were $467.08. On 8/14 I rented a 2020 dodge charger at the McCarran airport location on south Las Vegas boulevard.The touch screen was dirty,there were smashed cookies in the backseat French fries under the seat 2 half drunk water bottles under the seat and black marks all over the back bumper. We didn't realize this when we picked up the car and had to clean it The next day. The inside of the car is a clear covid violation. Then I dropped it off and the worker burned out in reverse. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my pre paid fuel reimbursement. I've called and been disconnected after a 45 min hold. I've done their online chat which said I would be connected with someone in 9 mins and never got to someone. I've emailed with someone named Harley who doesn't read the e-mails I've sent and just keeps asking for the RA number, which I've provided 3 times now. He is no longer responding. My experience with fox rental was very unpleasant. I rented two cars since the trip was with 10 people. when we got to the rental ***** they told me there is a limit of 1 car per person to rent. Where was that on the website when i rented the cars then? it said nothing about only being able to rent 1 car. After arguing with them for about an hour they finally gave us 2 cars. I got completely screwed on my last rental. We rented a car in March if 2020 and did the 'pay now' to ensure we would have the vehicle secured. We were told the shuttle would pick up every fifteen minutes to take us from the airport to the rental location. An hour went by only for the shuttle to show up (mean while it was 11:00 pm at night, cold and I had 3 of my nieces with me, ages 12, 6 and 3). Rented a car from Fox in fort Meyers, paid them 304.00 plus security deposit of 150.00. since it was during covid, the woman behind the counter said we had to purchase bridge sun pass ** 11.00 a day which turned out to be 11.99. and we only passed * times. I was told I would have just been billed for the amount of times we passed,by others who have had this issue abd rented from Enterprise.we paid. we were also talked into paying for fuel ahead of time, woman said to fill would only be 27.00, but failed to say all the surcha... read more

My experience with the Fox Rent-A-Car company was awful, to say the least. Upon arriving to pick up the car there was an extremely long line with only three employees there to serve the customers. The first thing I noticed was the lack of social distancing within the business and most importantly the irresponsible use of masks by the employees themselves.
