Zero Rating. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was told by the agent at Orlando counter that I did not need to fill up the tank upon return of car, because Fox charges LESS than gas in the area. Fox charges $4.18 per gallon. Therefore, I returned the car THREE-QUARTERS FULL after using only 4 gallons total on my trip and allowed Fox to fill the tank. Fox Rent a Car lied to me about my Visa not covering damage. The girl at the desk literally told me this in order to coerce me into buying additional insurance. When I returned home to challenge this charge, Fox denied my claim that I was lied to. They stole my money under false pretenses and will not return it. Their customer service is a joke. Do not ever use this company!

Do not rent from HERE. Worst rental car company ever. If you cancel a reservation, they will not refund you at all. They hide the terms, so you are not aware that you won't get your money back. Shady company and the reviews prove it.

I rented a car and the person who attended me gave me an upgrade because they did not have the one I had reserved but they charged me for the change. Then I pay with my card and I tell him that my daughter's husband is going to guide him, they also charged me for an additional driver because the one who pays has to guide, I informed him and he didn't tell me that he is the one who pays for the guide. Do not rent from Fox. I rented a car and the tires are bald. I can see the threads on the tire. A flat could happen at any time. They want me to make an hour and fifteen minute drive to return it in this condition. Makes a loud noise when driving. I am afraid to drive it. No one will help me. Ruining my vacation.

Our car was infested with cockroaches and we had to replace the windshield wipers because they were so bad it was dangerous! They offered us a 50 dollar credit for Fox which we will never use! Do Not Rent from them!!!!

They charged us $149 for gas. We returned it full. Provided proof of payment of gas from the station just down the road. But since we only used 6 gallons they are only willing to refund us $50. Fox Denver Airport is where we rented from. And will never again. Stay away from Fox. Their customer service is horrible.

Charged $75 more for early return and insurance after I was told my deposit was only for tolls and extras. Went around and around to deny insurance at check-out and then took weeks to get refunded. This company has settled a $700k suit by the California Attorney General for this yet they continue to scam people. BBB has lost my trust as well. How can you have a 1 star rating and get an 'A' rating by the BBB?

I rented a car at LAX. When I returned they added extra charges of $260. They never told me about this when I rented a car. When I called them to complain they said that the charges were for some insurance and they can give me half of the money back or talk to a manager to get a full refund. I asked them to check with the manager and get back to me. They never called me back and when I called them they said that my request has been denied and they can only give me future credits for Fox car rental.I don't ever want to rent w... read more
