If i could leave a big fat ZERO NEGETIVE ZERO Review I would. We started the process in October of 2022 to get home care for an elderly lady. It is March of 2023 and there as been NO HELP STARTED . I have spent more hours trying to get answers via phone IF you can get someone to pick up. or return a call. EVERYONE apologizes but no one does their jobs. I am still in the process of being diagnosed i am borderline quadriplegic , heart condition possible M,D ,M.S ****** they are dishonest there website says that payday is every friday (guaranteed) payment by direct deposit ,cash card, or a mailed check is a choice but my caregiver who like me does not want an I phone has to use my flip phone to log in 3 hrs everyday for 20 hr's approved by the insurance company well after 47 hr's logged we find out its every other friday and we find out that he supposedly did not log in all l... read more
Ive had a problem with payroll since November still havent gotten anywhere no one wants to call you. No one speaks to you you get a run around I just think its unprofessional how youre treated

I had received more hours and been calling because the authorization was sent since the 1/24/2023 and I still didnt get my hours and everyone is saying the same thing at the company. The insurance sent the paperwork 5 times and FreedomCare claimed they didnt get it. I called and emailed the coordinator several times and of course no call back or email. Even with my w2. Im disappointed and the patient is as well. Dissatisfied.

Very difficult to speak to someone when there is a problem. Denied the right to speak to someone in payroll/accounting department when there are payroll and W2 issues.

Freedom Care harasses Caregivers who are trying to care for a sick patient, in this case our mother with dementia. They have made our lives miserable with their harassment. They have no idea what caring for a parent with dementia is like in reality and they treat us caregivers with contempt. They freeze your pay at their discretion - with no explanation as to why. Absolutely the worst company to work with , you can't get ahold of anyone when you need to .Approval process was a nightmare. Payroll is a disaster clock in and out hours were never correct and still chasing them for back pay . Over 30 days ..Don't use this company
