I have NEVER had a worst experience then the one Im having with freedom care. You will NEVER talk to the same person twice & and when you speak to someone all they do is apologize. Every person tells you to send in paper work that you have already sent to the last person & that person said that they received the paperwork already. Your own coordinator ???? havent spoke to her once! Return calls NOPE! Now Im here at 6am filing this complaint because my aide has not been paid & we are 2 weeks in. Terrible agency. Trying to get our aide reinstated after her vacation. No one returns our calls. They say you're given a "dedicated care coordinator". I've never spoken to the same person twice. If you get through at all, it's a main switchboard that takes your number and says someone will call you back. If you are able to speak with someone, you're given conflicting information. I've asked three times this week why our aide has not been reinstated and have been given three conflicting answers. I'm sitting on hold again as I... read more

Never received 1st paycheck due to county error. 6 weeks later still waiting. Being given the run around The supervisor not responding to my calls or emails. Filing a complaint with my clients insurance company and medicade. I am working through the CDPAP program.

FreedomCare rectify the situation and took care of this consumer by personally driving a check to this consumer's residence.

I’ve been trying to work with this company for three months. Every week that something gets done or every couple weeks they Add some thing that needs to get done. They don’t tell you everything at once and treat this process like it’s on a military “need to know basis”. I just found out some stuff I didn’t even know by reading the reviews like that we have to get our picture taken every day and I was told specifically that I could get a ride to the doctor & if my home aid is at my house doing other things he would still get ... read more

They do not respond at all! My aunt is my mother's caregiver and trying to get her case reinstated has been a nightmare. She has submitted paperwork and no response. Their slogan "we're here for you" is a joke. Find another agency.

finding it hard to believe as well as hard to accept having a company freedom care which is employed on my behave directing and ordering me on who what how to function being pay by my insurance company to act as my AGENT and function in accordance again on my half 1)Lacking Professionalism and a clear committiment to do their best 2) having client do redundant things repleating task 3) disconnecting calls

Awful company. Don’t return calls for 3-4 weeks then act like it’s the patients fault. Have sent in paperwork for my daughter to speak on my behalf and they claim they never got it. The worst company in the world for home care. Care coordinators and people that answer calls are awful.

From start to finish it’s been a nightmare. From the app not being responsive to the photos everyday of me and the patient to no one picking up when i need Help then getting reprimanded for the app not working and being force to sign documents for my pay. No warning or anything. I chose FreedomCare for my mom because I seen the good reviews till i looked More deep into that and I’m just going to save myself and my patient (mother) anymore stress and switch companies!

This is a terrible business in the first place it took them a year to get us signed up literally and the whole way of long we've run into nothing but rude untrained people they're really just a middleman that are unnecessary they didn't even do anything I'm the one who did all my own work to get my case started since I've been there I've been passed along to Rude coordinator after route coordinator after I asked to be transferred from one coordinator I get transferred to another it just seems like these people don't care I'm... read more
