We had a wonderful anniversary dinner and visit with the folks at Friar Tucks. We were happy to have the ability to schedule our visit online through OpenTable. We were welcomed by great host staff and our request accommodated in the "Tree" room. Wait staff was awesome, giving us adequate time to get situated, look at the menu and get us some beverages to start off the evening. We decided to order in courses and not everything in one shot. So many places are struggling across the board given the past two years. But Friar Tucks delivered like it never happened. Excellent service, a pleasure to see an interact with our server face to face. Food was wonderful wine also on point. Cannot wait for our next visit!
Drinks were excellent. Loved the olives stuffed with blue cheese! The food was excellent. I had the New York steak with blue cheese my wife had the angel hair pasta we started with the Barata salad. And, saved room for dessert which Made our eyes roll back into our head. It was just that good. Service was the best! The owner Ken really takes care of his Customers!
Perfect evening! Music, people laughing and enjoying the vibe, great food and my birthday boy fiancé. Couldn’t have asked for a sweeter evening!

We have waiting a long time to get some of our friends together for dinner here!! Friar Tucks NEVER disappoints from the Coctails, Appetizers to my Surf & Turf! The Filet melted in my mouth and the Lobster tail was perfect! Also really enjoyed the spaghetti squash along with the broccoli & cauliflower….Dessert, Chocolate Fondue of course!! They served it with fresh pear, apple, pineapple, grapes, strawberries, banana, pound cake & brownies! I passed bites around the table!
Enjoyed a delicious birthday dinner! The Friar Tucks took care of our party of 10, royally.
Unfortunately we didn't get what I would call "The full Friar Tucks Experience" because the restaurant overbooked reservations this night. We were sat just inside the front door entrance at a table away from the main dining room. We were a little disappointed because our reservation was made several days in advance. Our meal and drinks were very good, fondue dinner "Abbotts Special ". Service was fair. Overall, we would go back next time we're in town.
