Good food, nice atmosphere. Enjoyed a nice meal for two. The meal consisted of half rack of ribs and new Zealand lamb. The entrees came with cut potatoes and summer veggies. Only downer about the food was the sauce applied to the lamb, it was horrendous. The staff was attentive and kind, EXCEPT for the main waitress, who would constantly whistle as she worked. So very distracting. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for a nice meal. Just hope you don't get the whistler
We have been able to consistently dine at Friar Tucks for many years. Generally they will accommodate your choice for seating. The food choices are great! We always enjoy the live music!
Food was good and large portions but a bit on the pricey side. In this Covid environment I guess that is to be expected. I enjoyed it very much.

I did not get her name, but our waitress (Server), was amazing. We had not been here in years even though we live in GV. We used to come on a regular basis. We will be back sooner from now on.
Love the food and atmosphere. We tried the Cheese Fondue Appetizer to see if we like it. We do not but we saw several people enjoying it as a meal. We ordered Swordfish and Lamb chops both were excellent. Had Chocolate mousse for dessert, so yummy. Next time we will try the Chocolate Fondue! This was our 4th time eating there and everything we order has been good.
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner and visit with the folks at Friar Tucks. We were happy to have the ability to schedule our visit online through OpenTable. We were welcomed by great host staff and our request accommodated in the "Tree" room. Wait staff was awesome, giving us adequate time to get situated, look at the menu and get us some beverages to start off the evening. We decided to order in courses and not everything in one shot. So many places are struggling across the board given the past two years. But Friar Tucks delivered like it never happened. Excellent service, a pleasure to see an interact with our server face to face. Food was wonderful wine also on point. Cannot wait for our next visit!
Drinks were excellent. Loved the olives stuffed with blue cheese! The food was excellent. I had the New York steak with blue cheese my wife had the angel hair pasta we started with the Barata salad. And, saved room for dessert which Made our eyes roll back into our head. It was just that good. Service was the best! The owner Ken really takes care of his Customers!
