Where to start...... Chase the salesman from the Hyundai dealership, professional and did his best. But when you buy a car at the Hyundai dealer we were sent across the street to the ford lot for negotiations and all the joy after that. LIARS!!!! We've tried them in the past and came up short. Really weren't satisfied, but thought we'd give them another shot. This time, ee came in pre-approved!!! with a credit union bank for a certain amount, we had our APR and monthly payment all set. NO NEED TO CHECK CREDIT! We were interested in rebates through Ford. They lied about checking on rebates for us. Said no rebates AND then they ran our credit several times WITHOUT permission!!!
Friendship Ford sent me a link to review their service and here goes. What an absolutely horrible experience! On 9/5/2017 I dropped my son's F150 for service due to the engine missing on acceleration and no brakes on the vehicle after sitting awhile unless the brakes were pumped extensively. My service advisor, Jenny, called the next day to advise the car needed a new coil, coil boots and plugs replaced ($548.48) the brakes needed a vacuum pump and this was under warranty. I went to pick up my auto late on the 6th and upon ... read more

I purchased a 2014 ford focus from friendship new on the lot 3 years ago 3 weeks later it was in the shop it stays in there.. And now again the clutch has went out which was a recall and now they want to charge me to fix it.. They seem to have trouble making things right. Its not the sells people it's the service dept. I hope they can sleep now cause I'm stuck with a piece of junk...

Won't ever buy another Ford. Liked that Ford didn't take money from the government. So I gave them my business. What a mistake. Got tied of having problems with used cars so I bought a new car. Don't buy a Focus you'll regret it. The transmission will give problems from day 1. Just had clutches put in under warranty and 6 days later it says to pull over that the transmission is overheating. Maybe why I keep getting letters trying to get me to joining a class action lawsuit.The people at the dealership are nice enough. But w... read more

Spent over $3000 on repairs for a car that was bought in October. Was supposed to have an inspection of some sort to prevent this. They will do nothing to rectify this. Will not go back.
