My visit was great. I sort of knew what my problem was (a bad #3 coil-on-plug) and what I wanted (new plugs). After the $99 evaluation, I was told I needed a #3 coil-on-plug and new plugs. I left my 2008 Expedition overnight for the service. When I was informed of their assessment, I was asked if I wanted a de-carbonization and that this would help to remove the plugs without breakage—that I would have to pay for. Of course I agreed. Where to start...... Chase the salesman from the Hyundai dealership, professional and did his best. But when you buy a car at the Hyundai dealer we were sent across the street to the ford lot for negotiations and all the joy after that. After settling on a price and waiting for 2 hours for final paperwork, finance wants to talk to me. I told him i already had a line of credit through my bank. They were astonished. LIARS!!!! We've tried them in the past and came up short. Really weren't satisfied, but thought we'd give them another shot. This time, ee came in pre-approved!!! with a credit union bank for a certain amount, we had our APR and monthly payment all set. NO NEED TO CHECK CREDIT! We were interested in rebates through Ford. They lied about checking on rebates for us. Said no rebates AND then they ran our credit several times WITHOUT permission!!!

On 9/5/2017 I dropped my son's F150 for service due to the engine missing on acceleration and no brakes on the vehicle after sitting awhile unless the brakes were pumped extensively. My service advisor, Jenny, called the next day to advise the car needed a new coil, coil boots and plugs replaced ($548.48) the brakes needed a vacuum pump and this was under warranty. I purchased a 2014 ford focus from friendship new on the lot 3 years ago 3 weeks later it was in the shop it stays in there.. And now again the clutch has went out which was a recall and now they want to charge me to fix it.. They seem to have trouble making things right. Its not the sells people it's the service dept. I hope they can sleep now cause I'm stuck with a piece of junk...
