Our first time there. We drove 2 hours to trade with them. They would not work with us at all on our trade. Will not be back

The sales team doesn’t pressure you into buying a vehicle. They assist you in buying a vehicle.

I am happy with the people at the dealership. They were friendly and helpful despite all this issue with the transmission in my 2014 Ford Focus SE Flex Fuel. I am, however, deeply upset with Ford as a company. I should not have to spend over $1000 to fix a transmission problem their company created by putting in faulty clutch in my vehicle. I’m still waiting for a callback from the claims office lady in Ford on their decision. I used to love Ford as a company and I adore this dealership. Friendship ford lies, they do not keep their word. We have had nothing but trouble with the DVD players that were installed by ford in our expedition within the first year of owning the vehicle. this issues occurred during our bumper to bumper coverage and we were told that once it occurred during this timeframe they would be covered always. Well they have changed their story now.They are saying the Company that ford got them from,Invision, has to cover after ford told us that one had been ordered and would be replaced. Place is a joke they will quote you one truck and then after you get the numbers call you back and raise the price

Update: 12/6 Friendship worked with me to address the issues below. When mistakes are made a good company stands up and does the right thing. Friendship did the right thing and saved me and my family as a future customer. Thank you for working through these issues. Purchased a 2018 Expedition over the weekend. What a debacle. Was provided a price initially that didn’t include all my rebates. Had to go back and provide a new price with all the rebates. Gave a price not to exceed. Purchased a 2014 Explorer from this dealership in February of 2018. The Explorer did not have head rests and I was told that they would be ordered and they would call when they came in. They did give me head rests from another explorer that worked, but not the same color of stitching. A month went by and I noticed that I did not receive a payment book from Wells Fargo (we financed at the dealership).
