Update: 12/6 Friendship worked with me to address the issues below. When mistakes are made a good company stands up and does the right thing. Friendship did the right thing and saved me and my family as a future customer. Thank you for working through these issues. Purchased a 2018 Expedition over the weekend. What a debacle. Purchased a 2014 Explorer from this dealership in February of 2018. The Explorer did not have head rests and I was told that they would be ordered and they would call when they came in. They did give me head rests from another explorer that worked, but not the same color of stitching. A month went by and I noticed that I did not receive a payment book from Wells Fargo (we financed at the dealership). This place is only for the “RICH” people. Do not go there if you have a down payment without absolutely perfect credit. They prefer NO trade ins because they don’t want to give you anything for a trade in. Total waste of time going there!! Salesman was really nice but the rest of the people... PRICKS!! I absolutely loved the vehicle & I really needed it..
This place is a joke! I contacted them to buy a car. I asked the salesman to send me a picture of the car. The internet price was 25900. When he sends me the picture it’s sticker says 23750. They tell me I can’t buy it for that price because it was a mistake on their part! How can u price a car then change it again! They I’m contacting the owners or someone above the management!!! Well I can tell you that I am a full time student in nursing school and in the midst of my finals I am currently waiting outside of Honda Kingsport to get a freaking battery replaced in my sisters car that she bought there 2 weeks ago. Not to mention I had to drive over to her house this morning and jump her off. Very friendly and courteous staff. We were having two vehicles serviced- both purchased at Friendship- our Volvo and a new Ford 250. We were given a loaner for the day while our vehicles were being serviced. Unfortunately, when I stepped back into my Volvo, which they had driven up for me and was running, I drove over to Sam's and turned the vehicle off - a battery light came on. I went shopping and came back out and the "low battery" light came back on. It is hard for me to believe that I was told everything was done t... read more
