If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am traveling from out of town when my car unexpectedly broke down on Monday evening. I had my car towed to the dealership and called first thing Tuesday morning. The car had apparently been left at the wrong location and after multiple calls to the tow company & dealership it was located at the Dodge dealership, a few buildings away. It is now Thursday and they don’t expect to get my car done until end of day Friday. I have been stranded here in Bristol since Monday night and will be here ... read more

Let me tell y’all about my Friendship Ford of Bristol experience today. I purchased a Nissan Frontier truck from them with the salesman Timothy Counts. Tim checked in on me a few days ago to make sure my tags had came in( which they hadn’t) about the time he was messaging me I started to have some ABS trouble with the truck. I called Nissan considering the truck has 40k miles I figured it would have warranty but it didn’t. I let Tim know about it and I started looking for parts to repair the truck. Came and looked at Vehicle. Priced 10800. Spoke several times. Looked like we couldn’t agree on price. Salesman asked if we could do $10000. We stated that might work and we may contact next business day (Monday). When contacted on Monday, we were told, Friendship changed their mind and it would take $10200 today. Friendship don’t keep their word and won’t stand on their quote. Also told during dealings, there is a $75 charge passed on to customers because Friendship is located within city limits. Really? I could not believe the TERRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL service i received at this dealership. I was in the market for a used suv and found one i liked on their website. I reached out to the sales team and they were polite and helpful and because i was coming from a distance even took a video of the vehicle for me. extremely poor customer service and sales staff not once or twice but three times has my dad been there for same trucks to look at and to purchase one of them well ome was constantly in the garage and they lost the other. each time my parents called ahead before they went and were told to come down they had them available to look at and then after a 45 minute drive to get there and not to mention the 2 or so hour the staff had to get the trucks ready before hand my parents told they cant find them. well today my parents call... read more

How unfortunate that you have to have a sales person to even view the cars on the lot due to their gates remain locked during business hours. This is the only Friendship lot that I have noticed does this. After speaking with a salesperson and requesting allowance to drive through the lot, we were told no because of the possibility of someone whipping through and hitting a car.
