This place is only for the “RICH” people. Do not go there if you have a down payment without absolutely perfect credit. They prefer NO trade ins because they don’t want to give you anything for a trade in. Total waste of time going there!! Salesman was really nice but the rest of the people... PRICKS!! I absolutely loved the vehicle & I really needed it..
This place is a joke! I contacted them to buy a car. I asked the salesman to send me a picture of the car. The internet price was 25900. When he sends me the picture it’s sticker says 23750. They tell me I can’t buy it for that price because it was a mistake on their part! How can u price a car then change it again! They I’m contacting the owners or someone above the management!!! How did friendship ford ruin my day? Well I can tell you that I am a full time student in nursing school and in the midst of my finals I am currently waiting outside of Honda Kingsport to get a freaking battery replaced in my sisters car that she bought there 2 weeks ago. Not to mention I had to drive over to her house this morning and jump her off. Very friendly and courteous staff. We were having two vehicles serviced- both purchased at Friendship- our Volvo and a new Ford 250. We were given a loaner for the day while our vehicles were being serviced. Unfortunately, when I stepped back into my Volvo, which they had driven up for me and was running, I drove over to Sam's and turned the vehicle off - a battery light came on. I went shopping and came back out and the "low battery" light came back on. It is hard for me to believe that I was told everything was done t... read more

My visit was great. I sort of knew what my problem was (a bad #3 coil-on-plug) and what I wanted (new plugs). After the $99 evaluation, I was told I needed a #3 coil-on-plug and new plugs. I left my 2008 Expedition overnight for the service. When I was informed of their assessment, I was asked if I wanted a de-carbonization and that this would help to remove the plugs without breakage—that I would have to pay for. Of course I agreed. We took our mini pumper down there to have some work done on it our appointment was at 1 pm they did not get to it till 4 pm why do they tell u to be there at 1 then they don't get to it till 4
