I am happy with the people at the dealership. They were friendly and helpful despite all this issue with the transmission in my 2014 Ford Focus SE Flex Fuel. I am, however, deeply upset with Ford as a company. I should not have to spend over $1000 to fix a transmission problem their company created by putting in faulty clutch in my vehicle. Friendship ford lies, they do not keep their word. We have had nothing but trouble with the DVD players that were installed by ford in our expedition within the first year of owning the vehicle. this issues occurred during our bumper to bumper coverage and we were told that once it occurred during this timeframe they would be covered always. Update: 12/6 Friendship worked with me to address the issues below. When mistakes are made a good company stands up and does the right thing. Purchased a 2014 Explorer from this dealership in February of 2018. The Explorer did not have head rests and I was told that they would be ordered and they would call when they came in. They did give me head rests from another explorer that worked, but not the same color of stitching. A month went by and I noticed that I did not receive a payment book from Wells Fargo (we financed at the dealership). This place is only for the “RICH” people. Do not go there if you have a down payment without absolutely perfect credit. They prefer NO trade ins because they don’t want to give you anything for a trade in. Total waste of time going there!! Salesman was really nice but the rest of the people... PRICKS!! This place is a joke! I contacted them to buy a car. I asked the salesman to send me a picture of the car. The internet price was 25900. When he sends me the picture it’s sticker says 23750. They tell me I can’t buy it for that price because it was a mistake on their part! How can u price a car then change it again! They I’m contacting the owners or someone above the management!!! How did friendship ford ruin my day? Well I can tell you that I am a full time student in nursing school and in the midst of my finals I am currently waiting outside of Honda Kingsport to get a freaking battery replaced in my sisters car that she bought there 2 weeks ago.
