Service Department are liars. The guy my husband talked to guaranteed our remote start would be fixed (that they messed up) when we left but of course they didn't even try. The assistant Manager was so rude to us when we left we will never go to the Bristol dealership again. If you have any recalls or trouble with your Ford you better choose a different dealership to take it to. They also left wires hanging loose the first time we took it there 2 hours we waited and they told us they had the part to fix recall. they didn't h... read more

DO NOT shop here!!! We took our 2014 Ford Escape in for a transmission light. They needed the car over night- no big deal. Spent over $400 to “fix it” only to drive from there to Abingdon for it to come back on again. I didn’t even make it all the way home. So, we of course took it back as soon as they could get us back in which wasn’t until the next week- UNACCEPTABLE. We were just there and you didn’t fix our vehicle. I am happy with the people at the dealership. They were friendly and helpful despite all this issue with the transmission in my 2014 Ford Focus SE Flex Fuel. I am, however, deeply upset with Ford as a company. I should not have to spend over $1000 to fix a transmission problem their company created by putting in faulty clutch in my vehicle. Friendship ford lies, they do not keep their word. We have had nothing but trouble with the DVD players that were installed by ford in our expedition within the first year of owning the vehicle. this issues occurred during our bumper to bumper coverage and we were told that once it occurred during this timeframe they would be covered always.
