in 2019 I bought 2018 F150 with the 3.5l ecoboost here with 29,___ miles on it. When I bought it, the DEALERSHIP sold me a powertrain extended warranty on it for an extra $2500 added to my loan, that's 4 truck payments. I've brought it there for an oil change each time, even had the broken struts replaced there, all warranty work done there. Right at 69,000 miles the cam phasers go bad. I came through with my elderly father. He can't walk long distances. The lot is set up so you can't drive by the cars. You must get out and walk. So, he drove off the lot and to one he could function in properly. Frustrating construction. Will not be back.

My wife and I were denied a cash payment for a car and was told that we had no choice to finance a payment for a vehicle and then we were told that the prices were set and there was nothing that we could do to change that. I will never be back to any friendship location at all.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am traveling from out of town when my car unexpectedly broke down on Monday evening. I had my car towed to the dealership and called first thing Tuesday morning. The car had apparently been left at the wrong location and after multiple calls to the tow company & dealership it was located at the Dodge dealership, a few buildings away. It is now Thursday and they don’t expect to get my car done until end of day Friday. I have been stranded here in Bristol since Monday night and will be here ... read more

RecommendedLet me tell y’all about my Friendship Ford of Bristol experience today. I purchased a Nissan Frontier truck from them with the salesman Timothy Counts. Tim checked in on me a few days ago to make sure my tags had came in( which they hadn’t) about the time he was messaging me I started to have some ABS trouble with the truck. Came and looked at Vehicle. Priced 10800. Spoke several times. Looked like we couldn’t agree on price. Salesman asked if we could do $10000. We stated that might work and we may contact next business day (Monday). When contacted on Monday, we were told, Friendship changed their mind and it would take $10200 today. I could not believe the TERRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL service i received at this dealership. I was in the market for a used suv and found one i liked on their website. I reached out to the sales team and they were polite and helpful and because i was coming from a distance even took a video of the vehicle for me.
