They will sell a car right out from under you. They’re the worst stealership

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the service department. Brought in my F150 for an oil change. Noticed within the following week that it was leaking oil and confirmed it was from the oil plug. Brought it back to the dealership, for the second Saturday in a row, only for the service department to claim it was not leaking and it was only oil dripped on the pan from the oil change that we were seeing. Recently drove from WV to buy a 2020 Ford Explorer from friendship. Thought I had got a good deal and was happy. Only to get it home and find the horn doesn’t work, the 360 camera doesn’t work, there’s a rip in the leather. It has a clean car fax but find it was wrecked and the front right lower bumper is being held together by a drywall screw. My wife and I purchased a new Ford Escape a few months ago after seeing an online listing. My wife scheduled a test drive and upon dealing with Nathaniel, we felt very comfortable with his salesmanship and followed through with our purchase after a perfectly executed puppy dog close. I called looking for a new F250. I found one I liked at another dealer and asked the salesman if they could do a dealer trade. He said he would check. I kept checking back with him. He finally stopped answering my calls. I was wanting to give them a try but if this is the way you all do business no thanks.

in 2019 I bought 2018 F150 with the 3.5l ecoboost here with 29,___ miles on it. When I bought it, the DEALERSHIP sold me a powertrain extended warranty on it for an extra $2500 added to my loan, that's 4 truck payments. I've brought it there for an oil change each time, even had the broken struts replaced there, all warranty work done there. Right at 69,000 miles the cam phasers go bad. I came through with my elderly father. He can't walk long distances. The lot is set up so you can't drive by the cars. You must get out and walk. So, he drove off the lot and to one he could function in properly. Frustrating construction. Will not be back.

My wife and I were denied a cash payment for a car and was told that we had no choice to finance a payment for a vehicle and then we were told that the prices were set and there was nothing that we could do to change that. I will never be back to any friendship location at all.
