Great place to go for a new car, and service. It did take a while before anyone talked to me. It was my first time bringing in my new car, so I got out and asked the service people if I was suppose to go in or if someone was going to come to my car. They finally did and then everything was fine.

Oil Change I took my car to Frontier Ford for oil change and tire rotation. They did the job while I was waiting. The service advisor was very courteous.

Need internet improvements The overall experience was very good. The internet side is not user friendly. I created a login a long time ago and check it once in a while to see if I can see all the maintenance records. I see none! I asked service the last two times about it and was told both times they would look into getting that information for me. I have not heard yet and as of yesterday nothing. Thanks for your time, Allen

2016 Ford Transit 350 Wagon Alfonso was the salesman who worked with us and he was able to answer all our questions in a polite and professional manner. The car we purchased did not have a tire jack in it, but Alfonso contacted Jesus who was able to order a new one and Jesus also re-programed one of the keys. We were very satisfied with the service.
