Customer From the moment we arrived until we drove away in our new Edge. Everyone was very kind and Courteous. Alfonso was an excellent salesman. He worked with his manager to get everything we wanted to make our sale happen?

Great Customer Service My husband and I came in over Memorial weekend. I am super picky, especially when spending a lot of money on something I plan to have for years. I wanted a white SUV with low miles and it HAD TO HAVE GPS. And I didn't want a jeep (every dealership would try to show me a jeep when I told them my must haves). Our salesman was Ashkon (I may have butchered the spelling but he said to call him Ash (Osh)). He made sure we got the best deal and had a great experience. I absolutely LOVE my car! Frontier Ford, Santa Clara CA Have been dealing with sales and service for years. Service for warranty repairs are great. Ask for Mike Marshall whom I dealt with most times. Bought a used 2013 Ford Escape there for an internet special with low miles lease return for a decent price too. No sales pressure. Stuart Gregory is the man to use in sales. Been talking with him for years. Finally pulled the plug on a purchase.

Top Notch After Leasing my F150 for the last 3 years it was certain I was going to buy it. The Team at Frontier is incredible. From the Service Center Director( whose name slips my mind but his brother works there as well), to Luke to the Gentleman who helped me make the final purchase of the vehicle.
