Overall good service Francisco is my service advisor and he is very helpful and professional. Francisco made arrangements for a rental car for a few days since the service on the car was going to take longer than expected. Unfortunately upon picking up my car it did not get washed as apparently the car wash was broken that day. Also, one of the services I requested did not get resolved, unfortunately I did not notice this until I was in the passenger side of the car this past weekend.

Service you need without the up sell The appointment was hard to come by this summer due to peak vacation prep season and excellent service. I'm happy to have found Frontier for my service needs. They are never pushy in trying to up sell you on things you don't need, the facility is clean and efficient and they even offer a shuttle service in the mornings to get you to work and school.

Buyer When we entered Frontier Ford building, we were welcomed by Tony. Tony listened to our requirements and compared Edge to x5. Frontier Ford Service We were greeted promptly and within 15 minutes we were out the door in a loaner rental car. Our car needed major work and our rep informed us of the work needed as soon as they were able to look at the car. It was easy and painless. the car was there for 9 days but since they arranged for a loaner it was not inconvenient for us. We were very happy with the whole team and how quickly and efficiently took care of our problem. Thank you.
