Efficient work; excellent customer service This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had anywhere. My service advisor was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable -- just what I needed when faced with an unexpected and inconvenient car problem. basic oil change appt I know that the manufacturer has recommendations of when to do certain services to their vehicles. The employees do their jobs well by suggesting and also giving other options of how to split up the services so it isn't such a financial burden on us as consumers trying to take care of our cars. Always very friendly, and it even took less time than I thought and than was quoted. Glad they have wifi and I was able to chat with a financial advisor about a question I had.

Great Experience The service was great, however (and this is a minor inconvenience), the Next Service appointment sticker had the current date and mileage instead of for my next service date and mileage. I will have to bring my car back in to correct.

Service/Ford Escape My Ford Escape was the second vehicle I have purchased from Frontier Ford. I make appointments for service and get in, it seems like sooner than just showing up. The service advisor was helpful in listening to me on the service I wanted. He didn't try to"sell" me any other services. I also like it when the tech, that works on my vehicle, may see something that might need to be taken care of at a later date and puts that in a report for me to read over.
