Frontier is Great! I highly recommend Frontier Ford! The sales and financial staff members are highly professional, knowledgeable, and work extremely hard. They are terrific people as well, which made a complicated transaction enjoyable, at least for us. We purchased a Ford Edge Sport, which is fantastic and lived up to Ford's marketing information. It's like a bigger, higher-tech SUV version of our 1990 Mustang GT convert (and just as fun). The tech is so cool that you'd expect that a smart-phone app would drive it for you.... read more

Great Customer Service My husband and I came in over Memorial weekend. I am super picky, especially when spending a lot of money on something I plan to have for years. I wanted a white SUV with low miles and it HAD TO HAVE GPS. And I didn't want a jeep (every dealership would try to show me a jeep when I told them my must haves). Frontier Ford, Santa Clara CA Have been dealing with sales and service for years. Service for warranty repairs are great. Ask for Mike Marshall whom I dealt with most times. Bought a used 2013 Ford Escape there for an internet special with low miles lease return for a decent price too. No sales pressure. Stuart Gregory is the man to use in sales. Been talking with him for years. Finally pulled the plug on a purchase.
