Mr. Theodore Owens My car had a faulty door latch which was a recall by Ford. The Service Advisor, Francisco Ramirez was very helpful. I came in on a Tuesday, and he ordered the part and said that the job would be done as early as Thursday, he arranged a rental car for me. He called me on Wednesday saying the car was ready. Was great service, need to take it in again to get the remaining three door latches replaced as well as the Software Update for my Ford Focus. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. The advisor (Jon) was knowledgeable and professional. I was frustrated because of the car issues and he made me feel as ease and that he would take care of my car. I've been a regular customer and he's consistently providing excellent services.

Warranty service on fiesta Service was friendly and courteous if not as fast as i expected. However, i was kept informed at all times of when my car would be ready, and the staff made my visit comfortable.
