Outstanding experience at Frontier Ford Great experience buying my new F150. From the moment I walked in the door, to driving my off the lot, my experience was very calm and professional working with Gilbert. Awesome service at frontier ford! I had an awesome expierience with Gilbert at frontier ford in San Jose California! He was very helpful and took his time to make sure I saw every option in and F150 that I wanted. he was very personable the whole time. Once we sat down to make a deal, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable and pressed to make a decision like most car salesmen. 2006 Escape service and repairs Michael Marshall is a top rate Service Advisor/Manager. Thanks to him all of our vehicles are Ford's. He gives solid maintenance recommendations, and provides timely feedback from the maintenance technician. I would not trust my mother or my wife's vehicle to anyone but Michael. Go Ford!

Good job repairing I had some arguments with sales person who sold me this car after (3 months later) I found out that car had issues in turbo but I took it back and talk to awesome service team and that told me they can fix it under warranty. Good Service by frontier Ford repairing my Car (specially Frank). I was given renter car for process of repair. Overall good experience repairing car.
