Great Experience, Helpful Staff! I bought my 2016 Ford Edge SEL a week ago and received excellent service from Mark Pedestal and Victor, my sales person. Both were very helpful with pointing out differences, helping me reach a decision based on my needs, presenting different sales and leasing options, and so forth. I was a GREAT experience! This is my second Ford and I am very pleased with it!

maintenance Recent service was okay, we were given a rental car while the service place is trying to fix the car. The service center took many days and in the end they could not fix it. Although I wish they could have the courtesy to just inform us by a quick phone call.

left the light on.. Much better than my first experience last summer...Frank was terrific. One problem...the maintenance crew didn't reset the "change oil light" on the car after they changed the oil....so that annoying light is still on! That's about it though.
