Oil Change I took my car to Frontier Ford for oil change and tire rotation. They did the job while I was waiting. The service advisor was very courteous.

Need internet improvements The overall experience was very good. The internet side is not user friendly. I created a login a long time ago and check it once in a while to see if I can see all the maintenance records. I see none! I asked service the last two times about it and was told both times they would look into getting that information for me. I have not heard yet and as of yesterday nothing. Thanks for your time, Allen

2016 Ford Transit 350 Wagon Alfonso was the salesman who worked with us and he was able to answer all our questions in a polite and professional manner. The car we purchased did not have a tire jack in it, but Alfonso contacted Jesus who was able to order a new one and Jesus also re-programed one of the keys. We were very satisfied with the service.

Review of this experience and one from last year Mike and Eldin were great, very responsive, and very communicative. Although I consider $190 per hour to be a bit on the high side, considering that Frontier Ford quickly identified the cause of the water sloshing in my dashboard and dealt with it before my baby got moldy on the inside, I have to say this experience was excellent all-around.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE I thought the service advisor was professional and represented Ford well. I also was impressed with the phone communication skills of the receptionists and cashier.

Ford Transit Connect Service I was helped by Jon Macedo. Brought my Ford Transit connect in because it was having continued battery issues. Long story way short, they ended up doing a service and not swapping the battery due to enterprise not wanting to do so (fleet vehicle). I spent a total of about 3 and a half hours at Ford. The whole time I was continually asked if I needed anything. Jon came to me with updates every time they would try something or started on service.
