Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. The advisor (Jon) was knowledgeable and professional. I was frustrated because of the car issues and he made me feel as ease and that he would take care of my car. I've been a regular customer and he's consistently providing excellent services.

Warranty service on fiesta Service was friendly and courteous if not as fast as i expected. However, i was kept informed at all times of when my car would be ready, and the staff made my visit comfortable.
