Excellent Service Brought my Escape in for reapplication of the Zaktec and everything went perfect. My service advisor Jon Macedo took care of everything in a timely manner. Took the shuttle service to where I had to go and that went well also. The only slight issue I had was that when I was notified that it was time for the reapplication the next appointment I could get was about a month later. This was not a real issue for me but I did have to delay a trip I was going to take a day later.

Long Time Customer Everything was fine except that I was expecting some of my fluids to be topped off (antifreeze, brake fluid & washer fluid).

The truck is running great. Service was fantastic. Repairs and maintenance were fantastic. The only reason why I would not recommend Frontier Ford to someone would be the price. I brought in a work vehicle which was covered by my employer. Price was not an issue. I have "my mechanic" (like many people do) for my personal vehicles. He knows my vehicle and helps me maintain it and keep it running well. Great Service The right front tire of my C-Max 2015 was made a large hole, hitting the stage corner. When my daughter report it to the Roadside Assistance of the Ford Moto Company in the evening, in one hour, my car was towed to the Frontier Ford at Santa Clara. nice service Addressed issues I brought to them. Still upset at not being able to listen to radio with engine off. What type of car battery does Ford have? Double AA pen light? If I don't buy a Ford again, that alone will be the reason.
