Great overall experience... The sales process was low key with no pushy salespersons and the finance piece was very quick, in part because I had a pre approval from a partner financial institution.

Frontier Heaven I have always had Frontier experts diagnose my Tbird. There is no one else that I really trust. They always keep in touch with updates while servicing. They always take care of my transportation while the service is happening. They even wash my car before I pick it up. They are the only ones who can service a TBird with the knowledge they have and the experienced mechanics.

Mr. Theodore Owens My car had a faulty door latch which was a recall by Ford. The Service Advisor, Francisco Ramirez was very helpful. I came in on a Tuesday, and he ordered the part and said that the job would be done as early as Thursday, he arranged a rental car for me. He called me on Wednesday saying the car was ready. Was great service, need to take it in again to get the remaining three door latches replaced as well as the Software Update for my Ford Focus.
