Mike and Frank +++++++++ I am giving Frontier this high rating because of the care given me and my car by Sales Consultant, Mike Marrufo, and Service Advisor, Frank Puga. You are lucky to have them working at Frontier. My high recommendation to friends and family will include these two names.

Not a family place They had rap music playing really loud like it was a stupid club and the cuss words on the songs made you wonder who in the world manages this place! Also the sales guys hung out in the back cussing, acting like stupid wanna be mafia xxxxx. My wife had to move the truck because they kept cussing and acting stupid around my young kids. NOT A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE and gives Ford a horrible reputation.

So far I am VERY UNHAPPY!! I purchased a 2014 Edge 4th of july weekend that would be 24 days ago folks! The car is also certified pre owned and was told that I would get 3 free months of Sirius satellite radio, GREAT! Than I find out after I buy the car and get home that I need something called a modulator to install in the car which would cost $500.00 so OK a bit of a miscommunication between the salesman and myself? Prices. To make a long story short: The prices you see posted online are not the actual prices of the car, they just assume that all incentives and rebates are applicable to you and when you are actually about to buy the car the prices significantly increases. It is such a game as I think they lack honesty, I mean why not just post the normal prices of the car?! Bad customer service, you just feel like they want to trick you,,,

Thanks for your feedback, I understand how you can be confused with our pricing. Our website is from Ford. It includes rebates and dealer discount, but every pricing has disclaimers of the rebates that comes with it. Again, I apologize that it may be misleading or confusing. We did fix our website to be more clear. Hopefully that would be more clear for other customers.

Misleading Pricing The prices posted online are substantially lower that what the actual price of the car actually is. The car I was looking at was priced 6k under what they were advertising online. Buyer beware. The price online did not say "internet only price" it was the list price.
