Misleading promises Some things I learnt about buying a pre-owned car here. These are actual quotes from the sales manager - 1. The sales representatives doesn't have all the facts. His job is to get you into the door. It's late he's tired so he told you what he did so that you could meet with me. 2. Showed up for my appointment, and the car was sold If they weren't so annoyingly persistent with calls and emails after I expressed interest in a used truck I found online, I may not have bothered writing this review. But... Frontier Ford, if you're going to have three different people reach out, pressure me to book an appointment, even book one without my consent... if the customer finally agrees to an appointment, PLEASE make sure the truck he wanted hasn't been sold when he arrives. Minus 2 stars for that. 5 stars for Jamie in finance though, super easy to work with and straightforward. He made the process quick and painless.

Selling Used Cars That Pose Safety Risks Purchased 2003 Honda Civic about a week ago in Frontier Ford. It had SRS Air Bag light on steady when I was checking it and also when I was driving it on my way home from dealership, but I misinterpreted this indicator and thought that it's supposed to be on because I don't have anyone sitting in the front passenger seat and so it indicates that passenger air bag is off. Disappointed Very unprofessional. No updates unless I physically called and asked about my vehicle for over month. There was some extensive work that kept saying it would take longer and longer, and they do not call to give you updates on this extended work either. Everytime I call, my service tech is "with a customer," and when I get forwarded to his desk phone, I am immediately hung up on. I do not recommend going here for ANY work. Better chance finding a local guy that you can trust.

Sales TEam was FIne but Service Dept is AWFUL Purchased a new C-Max. Check engine light was on within couple months. Apointments are weeks out, they never take you on time (actually had leave after watiing 1.5 hrs past my apt time!). Took it to them 3+ times and they NEVER figured it out. It finally went off. Worst experience on my 2018 GT I've many reasons why I'm giving 1 star. Given an option, I would prefer to rate them 0. I custom ordered my 2018 Ford Mustang GT worth $60,000+ back in November and was eagerly waiting over 5 months for the delivery. Finally, the car was ready to pick up by 4/27/18.
