Corrupt dealer! STAY AWAY! I am another victim of this corrupt car dealer. I went to this place to purchase my leased car. They cunningly snuck in a bunch of policies that cost thousands in my loan amount. They told me all these will be removed after the first statement. One of these policies is non refundable that costs $1400. Their customer service is awful, nobody replies to calls, emails. Only option you have is to go there in person and talk to them. VW GTI from Frontier Ford The overall buying process of the car was good, because the team was friendly and courteous while working with me to negotiate on the deal. Unfortunately, the service took a drop after we agreed on numbers and they received loan approval. For example, I was told there was two keys the whole time. Terrible Management and Service I bought a brand new truck here last week. The truck had less than 40 miles on it when I noticed the front drivers side tire rubbing when turning. After being told I would get a call to get the truck in I had to follow up numerous times and finally got them to look at the truck. Can't trust their sales or service Both their Sales and Service are abysmal. When I was looking to buy a Ford Fusion Hybrid, one of the sales people promised a certain price (which was called X-plan pricing, by Ford). Since the vehicle was in transit from Ford to the dealer, I had to wait a couple of days. They sold me a junk car for $32K+ OTD! I purchased a used vehicle, 2014 Cadillac Escalade ESV in Frontier Ford dealer on Monday evening 10/24, only because it has very low mileage, 69K+ miles. They told me it had no issues and everything works fine. Therefore I paid for $32.3K OTD. 3 days later I discovered a major problem.
