service department 7 months ago i had a engine put on my 2013 ford escape after a month I got my SUV back the very next morning as I was driving my SUV was leaking oil and antifreeze . ford was nice enough to take it back and give a loaner car . after two weeks got it back as I was going up hills my SUV would star making a noise like a chicken and it would stall but. Go literally anywhere else Absolutely the worst experience purchasing a car ever. Go literally anywhere else. Did not honor written agreements, jacked up price regardless, do not recommend at all.

Worst dealership for any service This is one of the worst Ford dealerships. We have 4 commercial Ford trucks and they do not honor recalls. I am looking to find the right law firm to go after the recalls they did not fix after 4 months keeping the truck. The service team is extremely unprofessional. NEVER buy SERICE AGREEMET. They do not honor it and make you pay more for each service. They believe they have monopoly over customers and have no customer service qualities. Unprofessional dealership If you are a customer trying to ever purchase a vehicle from afar. Please think real herd about it because they will sell the vehicle out from under you in a heart beat. Had a vehicle picked out with the salesman and he was supposed to get all the details together for me so could have funds wired to them and they didn’t call back or anything. Service experience has become dismal I moved to San Jose in 2012 and started bringing my Explorer to Frontier Ford for service. Had a great experience for many years with Eldin Pasic, who was my service advisor. Traded my Explorer in and bought a 2015 Escape there. At some point Eldin left and I have had various advisors over the years. Recently, the whole service experience has turned to crap. Dealership is stealing personal orders I strongly advise not placing a personal order with this scam of a dealership. I waited a year on my maverick only for them to place a market adjustment on the truck of $10000. I attempted to take a picture of the contract but the sales Manger quickly ran away with it. They don't want it to be known that they steal personal orders for a quick buck instead of building a loyal customer base. Selling the car more important than safety. We were clear we needed a vehicle for snow not off-road. We did like the look of the bronco though and the fact it was up high and could deal with snow. I did ask if the tires were safe in snow and the sales person, their manager and the finance person all said these tires are excellent in snow. When I explained that I was going to get chains also they said I didn?t need them with these tires. Please read this before purchasing a vehicle here I purchased about 15 ford vehicles from different Ford locations in the Bay Area. I have had an interesting experience with this specific location and it's team/management that I would like to share with anyone to warn them from using this location. I purchased a brand new 2019 Ford Transit back in April 2019.
