Cody was phenomenal. Cody was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all and went to bat for us for the best deal for my first ford EV. Amazing experience. Also, Carl his manager did a great job getting approval on our deal in a timely manner and Victor from finance was a refreshing change from most pushy finance people I'm used to. I went in for “the works” oil change and inspection. I went in for “the works” oil change and inspection. I asked if it included a brake inspection because the brakes are squeaking, “yes it includes a brake inspection”. The service was fine no issues, when I picked up my truck “everything looks fine”. I asked about the brakes, he said they look fine. I asked about the squeaking he said that would be considered diagnosing a problem and cost 2 hour minimum.
