I called at 9:00 am, pressed 1 for service, told all reps I called at 9:00 am, pressed 1 for service, told all reps were busy and would be called back as soon as possible. No call-back. I called at 11:00am - same response, all reps busy. I went to Frontier Ford at 3:00. Lou Caudillo was very helpful and made an appointment immediately. Lou was great, the service was fine (efficient and done in a timely manner). We've been a customer since 1991 and never had any problem with the call in center before.

I have used frontier ford service dept for about 13 I have used frontier ford service dept for about 13 years. I recently have had Jose Guzman and Raymond Nunez as my service advisors and was very impressed with both of them.
Experience was really good overall. Experience was really good overall. Unfortunately my last impression was them taking my truck to fix a couple issues and returning it with no fuel. It had more than 1/2 a tank when it got picked up. Besides that, good experience and would deal with them again.

I never received a verbal description of the problem or resolution and the notes provided were difficult to interpret.
