I was very impressed with John the service advisor very I was very impressed with John the service advisor very friendly and knowledgeable. Also impressed with Majic who has sold us 4 cars. Like Majic because he’s low key and doesn’t use high pressure sales tactics.

I called at 9:00 am, pressed 1 for service, told all reps I called at 9:00 am, pressed 1 for service, told all reps were busy and would be called back as soon as possible. No call-back. I called at 11:00am - same response, all reps busy. I went to Frontier Ford at 3:00. Lou Caudillo was very helpful and made an appointment immediately. Lou was great, the service was fine (efficient and done in a timely manner). We've been a customer since 1991 and never had any problem with the call in center before.

They didn't have the car we came to see, but helped us They didn't have the car we came to see, but helped us find an identical one with a color we like better. Everyone was very helpful and worked hard to make us happy with our new car.
