We worked with Cristian, from whom my husband bought a vehicle earlier this year. He was great. Treat my husband and me like friends through the whole process. He was never pushy. It’s probably more the fault of Ford Motor parts but my truck was at Frontier over a month. I was more annoyed that I had to initiate getting status as opposed to someone at Frontier keeping me up to date. Further,
