I have just recently started to deal with Frontier Ford & immediately liked their service and attitude. This time I dealt with the writer Leo and Timothy Long in the Service department to replace my front speakers on my Escape. Their timeliness, efficiency and demeanor was just great.

After the Bronco chose me as the new owner, we were introduced to Sinbad. We danced through the negotiation process, and completing the dance with a smile still on my face. Cristian was a great salesman, he answered all my Cristian was a great salesman, he answered all my questions and had the truck ready when I arrived. The sales manager and finances I am extremely unhappy with. I have financing thru USAA and I have bought several Ford vehicles with using USAA. When I arrived, they said they do not work with USAA. I was forced to use Ford financing and now having to wait to hear from Ford so I can "refinance" with USAA. They also would not take a wire for the down payment that I wanted to do. ... read more
