Frontier Ford seemed okay for normal maintenance, but Frontier Ford seemed okay for normal maintenance, but I’ve had a terrible experience with any repairs I’ve needed for my 2018 Explorer. Examples, they said they “fixed” my sun visor but it was just bent back into place and scraped the ceiling when opened. Another time I brought it in for a recall for the roof rack rails because they would get loose and fall off. The “fix” were a handful of cheap plastic clips to hold the rail cover on.
