Negotiations much like all dealerships were a bit tense, however it was a fairly painless process. The weak link was “finance”. I was simply paying cash for my vehicle and I waited 90 minutes to simply sign my paperwork and write a check. Waited 90 minutes to go through a process that took 10. Would I do business with them again. Absolutely

All shops couldn’t help me until next week, so my last resort was returning to the dealership. They took me the day I called, had the car ready the next day, and the MPP warranty I had paid for when I purchased the vehicle paid for the repair. I’m glad I went to them, and am very satisfied with the quick fix turnaround.
