I am a regular Client at Frontier Ford since 2002 and I I am a regular Client at Frontier Ford since 2002 and I only purchase vehicles at Frontier Ford dealership. One Sales Consultant I always rely on is Mike Marrufo who he recently sold me an F-150. This is my 6th vehicle I bought from him. We established a great relationship over the years, and I plan to buy another one in near future!

The whole team was friendly and engaging without being pushy at all. They listened to what I wanted, and needed, and made it happen. I felt good through the whole process… never pressured or left wondering. Jackson was direct and respectful. He worked the numbers to make the sale a success for both of us.

Good customer service. Good customer service. They helped to determine that the problem was under warranty. When no one was available to help me , they quickly took the keys and my info and said they would just have someone call me so I didn’t have to wait around.

Going to the dealer is always more expensive, but it is Going to the dealer is always more expensive, but it is worth it to know that the job gets done right. But I found a cigarette butt in my car and we don't smoke. I had to call more than once to get them to take my money.

Missed our first order at 6 months ago. Missed our first order at 6 months ago. End up we got similar truck after contacted the agent for few times. They might think this is seller market now, no need to care about customer.
