Bought a used car. Car was given to me with dead battery, no front lights working (found out when I was out of town), brakes squeaking up and down the road. Rear trunk smacked the back of my head, closed on me; I am not happy. Looks like they did not even care to do a safety inspection at all. Overpromising ad under-delivering. I'm disappointed. I could have got better service at small dealership. Still waiting for my brakes to be fixed.
Bought car in March. Took car in at the end of March for rear standing light repair. Picked up a week later. Took car back 3 days later for SAME ISSUE on April 26th DID NOT GET CAR BACK UNTIL JUNE 6TH. While it was in the shop, I was the one reaching out all the time looking for an update, got nothing but the run around within all associates AND MANAGERS! Service personnel (esp Joe) were great. The two is because my problem wasnt solved IN TWO VISITS!!!! Its Fords problem;but, I cant believe it cant be fixed!!!!
Unsatisfactory with appointment.
If you make an appointment make sure you actually get the person you want. Frank didnt work the day our appointment was made 3-28-22. Instead we got Leo. He said he would take care of our car. We waited over an hour for a rental. We had to call ford 4 days later to find out our car sat there Monday and Tuesday and waited for frank on Wednesday. Only to make us call Thursday to have them order the part. They never once called us to let us know what was going on. Ordered wrong part. Waited longer
They plugged an OBD reader into the car and charged $250. No work was done because they charge too much. Took advantage of a young girl.
Worse experience. No communication with advisor. I always had to check in for update. Very disappointed.
They had my truck for 3 months and only fixed one thing out of four they fixed my vaccum pump not my drivers mirror defroster nor my timing chain rattle
The vehicle was priced fairly, but they lied to me about "offering their best" financing. Tried to up-sell me on financing. I later found the same vehicle elsewhere with the financing I wanted which Frontier Ford said was not available, and I would never find. Typical deceitful dealership.
